The Belle X is certified on AT&T, Verizon, and TELUS 4G LTE networks, ensuring reliable coverage across the US and Canada.
As the first mPERS to incorporate artificial intelligence, the Belle X features our automated virtual assistant, AVA, which enhances response times during emergencies and elevates the level of care provided to your customers.
Specialists can accurately locate users using WiFi and GPS location services, as well as access user-provided information, such as lockbox locations and allergies.
The Belle X is equipped with advanced fall detection technology and a straightforward fall cancellation feature.

The advanced Caregiver mobile app allows caregivers to locate the Belle X device on demand and audibly “ring” the device to help find misplaced pendants. Caregivers receive notifications if the user presses the button or if a fall is detected. They can also view button press history, check the device’s battery level, and monitor its cellular connection status through the app.
Users and caregivers can check the battery level and receive alerts when the Belle X battery needs charging or if the device powers off. The app also enables users to track their first motion of the day, set a target first motion time, monitor steps, and establish daily step goals.
